We deliver nationwide across South Africa using an outsourced courier service. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days, with delivery generally taking between 3-5 working days thereafter. Deliveries to outlying areas may take longer. During peak periods, sales, and public holidays, delivery may take up to 10-12 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available.

Returns are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Items may be returned within the specified return period provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation. Please note that refunds are not processed in-store and courier charges may apply for returns and refunds. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
