Shipping & Delivery

At PNS Online, we aim to ensure that your order is delivered safely and efficiently.

Delivery Fees

  • A standard courier fee of R100 applies to all orders under R800.
  • FREE delivery is available for all orders over R800.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once payment has been successfully received and confirmed, your order will be prepared for dispatch.

Please allow 1-2 working days for order processing and dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery generally takes between 3-5 working days from the date your order is dispatched.
  • Delivery to outlying or remote areas may take longer depending on the courier route and location.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delays During Peak Periods & Public Holidays

During peak trading periods, promotional sales, festive seasons, and public holidays, delivery timeframes may be extended due to high order volumes and courier delays.

During these periods, deliveries may take up to 10-12 working days depending on your area and courier operations.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy periods.

Courier Service

All deliveries are handled through an outsourced third-party courier company. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be provided where available.

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely deliveries, PNS Online cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier company, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Delivery services may be limited in certain remote or outlying areas, and additional delivery time may apply.

Delivery Requirements

  • Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
  • Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel during business hours.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address is required for all courier deliveries.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, additional courier charges may apply for re-delivery.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Additional courier charges may apply for re-delivery of returned parcels.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

Customers are encouraged to inspect parcels upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our support team with your order number and relevant photos where applicable.

Stock Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you regarding an alternative, backorder, or refund option.

Risk & Ownership

Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the supplied delivery address and signed for where applicable.
