Returns Policy

At PNS Online, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are still attached
  • The item is not damaged, altered, or washed
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is provided

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless approved by PNS Online:

  • Underwear and socks
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes
  • Different colours (subject to stock availability)
  • Supplier defects or manufacturing issues

All exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability.

Supplier Defects & Manufacturing Issues

PNS Online does not accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, washing, accidental damage, or general usage over time.

Items will only be considered for return, exchange, or refund if there is a genuine supplier defect or manufacturing issue.

If you believe your item has a supplier defect or manufacturing issue, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by our team before an exchange or refund is processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

To process a refund, customers will be required to provide:

  • A bank confirmation letter/document
  • A bank statement clearly showing the account holder name and account number

The banking details provided must match the customer who placed the order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Courier Return & Refund Charges

Please note that courier collection and return fees may apply for all returns, exchanges, or refunds requiring courier services.

Any applicable courier charges may be deducted from the final refund amount.

PNS Online will arrange courier collection for approved returns or exchanges where applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The incorrect item was sent
  • The item has an approved supplier defect or manufacturing issue

Store Exchanges

Online purchases may be exchanged at any PNS store location, subject to inspection and stock availability.

Please note:

  • Customers must bring their invoice or order confirmation
  • No refunds or returns can be processed at store level
  • Stores may only assist with exchanges

PNS Online reserves the right to update or modify this Returns Policy at any time without prior notice.
